Whats a good FREE html code tutorial website. im like a super-beginner with that type of stuff. help?

Have you tried sites such as:

http://www.freewebs.com

The following tutorials are for writing the web-sites ';from scratch'; which is harder but gives you much more power and unlimited ability to do what you need to do:

HTML:

w3schools is indeed a fantastic website (the color chart is a godsend!), but a book might be easier for going through the whole process. I recommend

the book ';Head First HTML with CSS %26amp; XHTML'; by Elisabeth Freeman %26amp; Eric Freeman. It is really easy to follow and will keep you interested.
w3schools.com

Dynamicdrive.com

webmonkey.com

wpdfd.com

There's everything you need to know, plus some extra.

PS, a good free HTML editor is coffeecup at coffeecup.com, but even better is dreamweaver, not free, but not hard to find free.

I am also an amateur web designer, and I know my way around code, if you need help, just email me
I really like http://www.sitepoint.com and http://www.alistapart.com.
