Where can i get an html tutorial to make a myspace layout?

I just need something basic to tell me a few things. I already know a lot ive used a tutorial just for layouts on createblog.com, but it leaves out some things like what btext. is and what the different link codes mean. Ive looked at lots of hmtl tutorials but theyre not specifically for layouts, and i have a hard time understanding them. If anyone can give me a site or answer any questions i would be grateful.
