Where can i find a website with a good, simple, tutorial and or explanation of html?see details..NO WIKI links

Basically, i want to find a good website where some geeky site creater doesnt feel compelled to use these huge, unusual, new and modern technological words that no one is ever going to understand(even big time tech junkies have a hard time)I just dont want to be led on a wild goose chase with the dictionary.I'm not an idiot, its just that some of these webmasters/creaters,think they have something to prove or whatever...We all know you guys are smart! And another thing while i'm at it...TONE- DOWN -THOSE- CONFUSING ';SO CALLED WRITING SKILLS'; YOU THINK YOU POSSESS.Cause most of it is nothing but mumbo-jumbo when you read it 10 or 15 times slowy.(exagerating)Eventually you can almost make heads or tales of it,but when you look at the bigger picture, its usually just blah, blah, blah.Dont get me wrong, not all technical learning type websites are like that.HeHe...k...enough of me and my loud mouth.I just want something thats easy to read. Not one of those sites that show u simple html code either.Where can i find a website with a good, simple, tutorial and or explanation of html?see details..NO WIKI links
